New Perspective Senior Living is seeking a dedicated server to deliver exceptional dining experiences to residents and guests at our Wisconsin facility. The role emphasizes hospitality, accurate order taking, timely food delivery, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment.

Shifts include occasional weekends or holidays; prior restaurant or dining service experience is preferred. We encourage teamwork and friendly resident interactions while adhering to sanitary and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant, dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living preferred.
• A positive attitude and an ability to work well under pressure.
• Able to perform high quality work while unsupervised.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities

• Engages with residents in a friendly manner with service and a can-do attitude.
• Demonstrates menu knowledge and makes suggestions.
• Takes food and drink orders from residents with accuracy.
• Delivers food in a timely manner.
• Ensures residents are enjoying their meals and resolves problems.
• Collects payments from residents and guests when necessary.
• Enters orders into the POS system for kitchen transmission.
• Maintains grooming and hygiene standards.
• Performs dining room checklists for readiness, cleanliness, safety, and health compliance.
• Sets up and resets dining tables per procedures.
• Knows special diet needs of residents.
