Job summary

Senior Living Residences Ridgefield Station is seeking a Dining Room Server to deliver friendly, attentive service to residents during meals. Greet guests, take orders from a selective menu, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

Flexible shifts include full-time 11:30 AM–7:30 PM and part-time options; competitive pay starting at $17/hour with BCBS health coverage and a comprehensive benefits package.

Dining Room Server

Available Shifts
  • Full Time: 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Part Time: 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM, 11:30 AM -7:30 PM
Pay & Benefits

Rates start at $17 - $17.50 per hour based on work experience

What Our Dining Associates Do
  • Greet residents and guests during meal times

Requirements
  • Physical requirements : Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
  • Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
  • Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
