Job summary

Senior Living Residences is seeking Resident Care Associates to provide compassionate, direct care to senior residents at Ridgefield Station. The role emphasizes daily interaction, activity facilitation, and teamwork across departments to create a supportive community.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
  • 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Full Time
  • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Part Time, Full Time
  • 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Full Time
PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $20 - $22 per hour based on work experience

WHAT OUR RESIDENT CARE ASSOCIATES DO:
  • Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
  • Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
  • Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
  • Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
  • Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
  • Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
  • Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
  • Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
