Job summary

Community First Solutions in Mason, Ohio, operates Montage Mason, a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community. As a Dining Room Server, you will deliver meals, keep dining areas clean, and provide resident-first hospitality to create a five-star dining experience for residents.

Starting pay is $14/hr, with Full Time or Part Time and flexible schedule opportunities. A $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time or a $500 sign-on bonus for part-time is offered.

Montage Mason is a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community located in Mason, Ohio. As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an essential role in creating a five-star, white-glove dining experience for our residents. You’ll be responsible for delivering meals efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, resident‑first service while supporting the overall operations of the Dining Services Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents, thrives in a hospitality‑driven environment, and takes pride in creating a positive dining experience every day. You’ll work closely with Dining Leadership to ensure trays, tables, and dining areas are prepared, organized, and fully stocked.
