Job summary

Community First Solutions in Beavercreek, Ohio, is seeking a Dining Room Server to deliver meals to residents, maintain clean dining areas, and provide resident-first service in a hospitality-driven environment. You’ll work closely with Dining Leadership to ensure trays and dining spaces are organized and ready for service.

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour, based on experience, with a schedule from 10:30am to 7pm and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an essential role in creating an expectational dining experience for our residents. You’ll be responsible for delivering meals efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, resident-first service while supporting the overall operations of the Dining Services Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents, thrives in a hospitality-driven environment, and takes pride in creating a positive dining experience every day. You’ll work closely with Dining Leadership to ensure trays, tables, and dining areas are prepared, organized, and fully stocked.

Pay: Starting at $14.00/hr, based on years of experience

Schedule: 10:30am-7pm, must have weekend availability

• Week 1/3 Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri Week 2/4 Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat
