Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Server to provide attentive, friendly service in our on-site restaurant within an Assisted Living community. The role offers a steady schedule with opportunities to serve at meals and special events, contributing to a welcoming dining experience.

Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and helping prepare the dining room. Evening/weekend availability is required; career growth and a collaborative team culture

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Willing to learn and work in a hands-on, hospitality oriented position.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior restaurant server experience preferred.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant.
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure orders are served at correct temperature and with proper presentation.
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service with all beverages and condiments ready.
• Assist with meal service at special events and community celebrations.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room and tables throughout service.

Hiring Full and Part Time Servers!

Full Time Schedule Requirements: Must be available to work 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., days vary, weekend flexibility REQUIRED

Part Time Schedule: 4pm - 7pm, days varied

About The Role

As a Dining Room Server at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will play an active role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and an exceptional dining experience throughout each meal and special event.

Working collaboratively with a team, you will provide hands‑on table service and assist with special event service in our Assisted Living community.

Your Typical Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on‑site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are always ready
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community
• Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be able to efficiently multi‑task, be an active listener, and collaborate effectively with team members
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a hands‑on, hospitality oriented position
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior Restaurant Server experience is preferred
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
