Job summary

Touchmark on West Century is seeking caring, outgoing people to join our Dining Services team as Servers. As a Server in our dining room, you will greet residents by name, take meal orders, serve meals and beverages, and help keep the dining room clean and inviting.

Experience is not required; we value compassion and teamwork. You may work first or second shifts and occasional weekends or holidays. On-site position in Bismarck, ND at our full-service retirement community.

Qualifications

• Be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents by name, take meal orders and answer questions about the menu.
• Serve meals and beverages in the dining room and ensure the dining room is clean and operating smoothly.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents and guests.
• May serve during special events and catered functions at the community.

As a Server in our dining room, you will enrich lives every day by creating a friendly and inviting dining experience for Touchmark residents and guests. Your duties will include such tasks as greeting residents by name, taking meal orders and answering questions about the menu, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring that the dining room is clean, attractive, and operating smoothly. You may also serve during special events and catered functions that take place at our community.
