Job summary

Touchmark on West Century in Bismarck, ND is seeking caring servers to enrich the dining experience for residents and guests. You will greet residents by name, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and help maintain a welcoming dining room.

If you enjoy building relationships and delivering excellent service, this role offers opportunities to work with a friendly team in a retirement community setting. Training is provided and community events may require occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and carry trays and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents by name and take meal orders.
• Serve meals and beverages and maintain a clean dining room.

Touchmark on West Century is looking for caring, outgoing people to join our Dining Services team as Servers! As a Server in our dining room, you will enrich lives every day by creating a friendly and inviting dining experience for Touchmark residents and guests. Your duties will include such tasks as greeting residents by name, taking meal orders and answering questions about the menu, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring that the dining room is clean, attractive, and operating smoothly. You may also serve during special events and catered functions that take place at our community.

Experience Is Required And You Must
