Job summary

Touchmark on West Century in Bismarck, ND is seeking friendly Servers to join our Dining Services team. If you enjoy building relationships and delivering excellent service to residents and guests, this opportunity may be for you.

As a Server in the dining room, you will greet residents by name, take orders, serve meals and beverages, keep the dining area clean, and assist during events. Experience is preferred; on-call weekends/holidays may apply.

Qualifications

• Genuine customer service orientation and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Capable of lifting and carrying trays and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents by name and take meal orders.
• Serve meals and beverages to residents and guests.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and smoothly operating dining room.
• Assist with special events and catered functions as needed.

Experience is required and you must:
