Community First in Beavercreek, Ohio is seeking a Dining Room Server to deliver five-star, white-glove dining experiences for residents at The Patterson Memory Care and Assisted Living community.

You will work with the Dining Leadership to keep trays, tables, and dining spaces stocked, while maintaining cleanliness and adhering to special diets and food safety standards.

The Patterson is a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community located in Beavercreek, Ohio. As a Dining Room Server, you'll play an essential role in creating a five-star, white-glove dining experience for our residents. You'll be responsible for delivering meals efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, resident-first service while supporting the overall operations of the Dining Services Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents, thrives in a hospitality-driven environment, and takes pride in creating a positive dining experience every day. You'll work closely with Dining Leadership to ensure trays, tables, and dining areas are prepared, organized, and fully stocked.

Pay: $14 - $16 per hour, based on experience
