Job summary

Community First Solutions is seeking a friendly Dining Room Server at Sycamore Glen in Beavercreek, OH. You will deliver meals to residents, maintain dining areas, and provide warm, resident-first service to create a welcoming dining experience.

The role supports the Dining Services Department and collaborates with leadership to keep trays, tables, and dining spaces prepared and stocked. Starting pay is $14.00/hr with flexible, as-needed scheduling.

As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an essential role in creating an expectational dining experience for our residents. You’ll be responsible for delivering meals efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, resident-first service while supporting the overall operations of the Dining Services Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents, thrives in a hospitality-driven environment, and takes pride in creating a positive dining experience every day. You’ll work closely with Dining Leadership to ensure trays, tables, and dining areas are prepared, organized, and fully stocked.

Pay: Starting at $14.00/hr, based on years of experience

Schedule: As needed, flexible
