Job summary

TC Restaurant Group is seeking a Porter responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, rooftops, and back-of-house areas in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Porters will sweep, mop, sanitize equipment, manage trash, and uphold sanitation standards while learning and collaborating within a team. This role requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma, and ability to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to access business applications for communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors in assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize equipment in assigned areas.
• Monitor, clean, and empty trash cans.
• Collect debris such as cups, cans, and flatware.
• Ensure all floors are clean of debris and trash.
• Complete all housekeeping tasks as directed by Management.
• Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Monitor the use and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
