Tradition Senior Living, LP is seeking a Dining Room Manager for the Houston – Buffalo Speedway community to provide an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will oversee the flow of service to tables, assign side work, schedule staff, and maintain customer satisfaction.

The Dining Room Manager reports to the Director of Dining who oversees the Food & Beverage department. The Tradition Buffalo Speedway community is located at 9339 Buffalo Speedway, Houston, TX.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of management/supervisory experience in a restaurant setting or equivalent.
• Knowledge of restaurant-style service and timing.
• Sense of urgency in resident and guest service.
• Strong reading/writing in English.
• Highly organized operations with strong people skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High sanitation and safety standards.
• Personable with a people-oriented approach.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making.
