Responsibilities

• Promote the club’s dining facilities for ala carte dining and member activities.
• Manage F&B cost control and operating procedures.
• Oversee wine, spirits and bar operations.
• Supervise front-of-house staff and ensure top service.
• Create and manage staff schedules for weekly and monthly member dining.
• Train staff and maintain service quality across events.
