Job summary

StoryPoint Saline is seeking a Dining Room Manager to ensure efficient Front of House operations, high production quality and exceptional customer service for residents and guests.

You will supervise dining room staff, coordinate reservations and events, greet guests, handle complaints, and maintain clean service areas to deliver consistently great dining experiences.

• Staffing responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling.
• Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services.
• Greets guests, escorts to tables, and provides menus.
• Handle and resolve complaints to ensure a great dining experience.
• Assign work tasks and coordinate dining room staff to ensure prompt service.
• Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness.
• Inventory table linens and dining room supplies.
• Train dining room employees in proper service etiquette.
