Watermark Retirement Communities in Rochester, NY is seeking team members to help create a safe, supportive living environment for our residents. This role focuses on daily floor patrols, monitoring for hazards, and assisting with housekeeping tasks to maintain a calm, welcoming community.

You will document shifts, work weekends/holidays, and collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of care. We offer competitive wages, benefits, a 401k, and career growth opportunities through education

• Ability to walk each floor paying attention to potential fire risks, resident incidents and hazards.
• Must keep documentation and turning in the required records at the end of each shift
• Able to work weekends and holidays
