Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking energetic dining service team members to deliver high-quality meals to our residents. This role requires serving meals promptly, maintaining sanitation standards, and providing friendly, professional service in a fast-paced dining room.

Weekend and holiday availability is required; onsite training is provided. Competitive bi-weekly pay ranges from $15.30 to $17.75 per hour, with full-time benefits and opportunities to grow with Watermark.

• Interested in learning and growing your skill set
• Onsite training available
• Serve meals in a professional manner
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices
• Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned
• Ensure that members and guests receive high quality food in a timely fashion
• Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professional behavior and practice good personal hygiene
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed
• Tactfully and professionally handle member and guest concerns
• Follow all Dining Service Standards of service

Job description

Compensation: $15.30 to $17.75 per hour, Paid Bi-weekly
