Job summary

The Union League of Philadelphia is hiring an Assistant Dining Room Manager for Liberty Hill – Grays Restaurant. This role involves maintaining high standards of service and hospitality while overseeing dining operations and team members.

The ideal candidate will have dining management experience, food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills are essential, along with flexibility in scheduling to meet business demands.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and work cross-functionally within the League.
• Bending and lifting required as well as the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Must have open availability for all meal periods including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Managerial presence on floor during service hours.
• Communicates between front of house and back of house.
• Helps supervise and train all dining room staff.
