Job summary

NewBridge on the Charles, Inc. is seeking a Host/Hostess to warmly greet and seat residents and their guests in the dining room. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma and food safety certifications are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as Wait Staff and Bus Staff.
• Current ServSafe and Mass Food Allergen certification required.
• Ability to pass a CORI background check and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat Residents and their guests.
• Manage guest check control and accuracy.
• Delegate and inspect side work for staff.
• Ensure smooth dining room operations.
