Job summary

Chick-fil-A Keizer is seeking a Dining Room Host to join our team. You will provide hospitality and exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming Dining Room environment. You may also assist with delivering meals to Dining Room guests as part of a high-performance team.

Starting wage is $15.75 per hour with opportunities for performance-based pay increases. This role requires availability Thursday through Saturday, 3pm-close, and a minimum age of 16.

• Minimum 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service.
• Maintain a refreshingly clean and enjoyable Dining Room environment.
• Anticipate and fulfill Dining Room guest needs by refreshing beverages and condiments.
• Keep Hospitality Station and restrooms stocked and clean.
• Interact with guests to make them feel welcome and valued.
• Deliver meals to Dining Room guests when needed.

How you make a difference:

• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service
• Maintain a refreshingly clean and enjoyable Dining Room environment
• Anticipate and fulfill Dining Room guest needs by refreshing beverages, fulfilling request for condiments, etc.
• Consistently maintain cleanliness of the Dining Room; keep Hospitality Station and restrooms stocked and clean.
• Enhance the Chick-fil-A visit experience by interacting with guests in a manner that makes them feel welcome and valued.
• Work as part of a high-performance team by delivering meals to Dining Room guests when needed.
