As a Dining Room Host, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service by creating a warm and welcoming dining experience through heartfelt hospitality. You will greet guests, manage the dining area, and assist with various guest needs.

Responsibilities:

• Create remarkable experiences for our guests through Genuine Hospitality
• Ensure a fun, clean & excellent guest service and satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management
• Oversee the proper setup and maintenance of the dining room area
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth food service operations

Requirements:
