• Attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when stocking or cleaning.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, restrooms, patio, and beverage stations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and hospitality to all guests.
• Assist guests with seating, tray carrying, refills, and special requests.
• Monitor dining room traffic and ensure timely table cleaning.
• Stock supplies such as napkins, condiments, straws, lids, and beverages.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize dining areas during shifts.
• Address guest concerns promptly and inform leadership as needed.
• Support Front of House operations during busy periods.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
