Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a Busser to support our Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa dining team in Oklahoma. You will help servers, prepare tables, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment for guests.

This entry-level role emphasizes energy, attentiveness, and safe food-handling practices while contributing to a smooth service flow and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
• Requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the dining room for service, including setting and resetting tables.
• Promptly remove dirty dishes from tables during and after the dining experience.
• Assist servers with delivery of food and beverages to tables; stock server stations.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain dining room cleanliness and safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests.
• Follow laws pertaining to sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
• Promote a fun, friendly, quick, clean and safe environment.
