Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staffing: interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, scheduling.
• Schedule dining reservations and special events for diners.
• Greet guests, escort to tables, provide menus.
• Handle and resolve dining-related complaints to ensure a great experience.
• Assign tasks and coordinate dining room staff for prompt service.
• Inspect dining room stations for cleanliness and neatness.
• Inventory linens and dining room supplies.
• Pursue continual improvement of the organization.
