As the Dinning Room Coordinator, you will ensures the front-of-the-house runs smoothly and complies with federal, state, and local laws and
regulations as well as Company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
• Leads all dining room/event setup, service, and breakdown based on anticipated guest counts and
event needs.
• Able to lead the dining room team through all service types (a la carte, buffet, etc.).
• Ensures dining room team members are always in proper and clean uniforms.
• Directs pre-meal meetings with dining room team members; relays pertinent information such as
menu changes, new resident additions, etc.
• Is the “face” of New Perspective by greeting residents and guests as they enter the dining room.
• Ensures the timeliness of order taking, food delivery process and dining room service execution in a
manner most pleasing to residents.
• Receives and resolves complaints concerning dining room service.
• Maintains a high level of resident contact throughout dining room service hours.
• Assists in service as needed and, when required, will be scheduled as server.
• Assists their manager with training and the supervision of dining room team.
• Serves as liaison between the dining room and kitchen team.
• Makes suggestions about improvements in dining room service procedures and layout.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated proficiency in adhering to service standards
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• A High school diploma or GED equivalent
