Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Bus/Runner in the Employee Dining Room to support daily dining operations by keeping the area clean, assisting with food and beverage service, and clearing and resetting tables. This non-tipped, hourly role works with culinary and service teams to deliver a welcoming, efficient dining experience while upholding safety, sanitation, and Wynn service standards.

Must be at least 21 and eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in restaurant, cafeteria, food service, busser, runner, or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Friendly, professional customer service to employees and internal guests.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation preferred.
• Must obtain/maintain work cards and certifications, including Health Card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset dining tables promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with carrying food, beverages, trays, and other service items.
• Water/beverage service in a courteous, organized manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of Employee Dining Room, stations, and surroundings.
• Stock and replenish dining supplies and service ware.
• Open, close, and perform side work duties as assigned.
• Ensure tables, chairs, and dining areas meet standards.
• Support servers, cashiers, cooks, and supervisors for efficient service.
• Remove trash, transport dirty dishes, maintain sanitation.
• Monitor dining areas and address operational needs.
• Adhere to health district requirements and Wynn policies.
• Maintain professional appearance and Wynn service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
