Job summary

Spinato’s Pizzeria in Glendale, AZ is seeking a dependable Busser to help deliver the Spinato’s Experience by keeping the dining room clean, organized, and flowing smoothly for guests and the service team. As a Busser you will remove dishes, reset tables, assist servers with guest needs, and help the dining room during busy periods to ensure quick seating and hot, fresh food.

Candidates must hold a current Food Handler Certification and be able to stand for extended periods while moving quickly

Qualifications

Current Food Handler Certification (required).
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly throughout the dining room.

Responsibilities

Remove dirty dishes and trash from tables and transport them to the dish station.
Clean and reset tables, chairs, floors, and surrounding areas quickly and thoroughly.
Pre-bus tables by removing unused items between courses.
Reset tables with clean plates, silverware, and fresh condiments.
Communicate with the Host/Hostess when tables are clean and ready to be sat.
Assist ESPs (servers) with guest needs, refills, and table maintenance.
Support the dining room during high-volume periods and help resolve bottlenecks.
Back up other Front of House positions as needed to ensure smooth service.
