Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group, known for Applebee’s Legacy Apple, is seeking a Busser to help create a memorable dining experience by cleaning tables and dining areas.

You will wipe tables, reset spaces, stock glassware, assist servers, and keep stations tidy. This is an entry-level hospitality role suited for someone who wants to learn business, leadership, and customer service in a family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• A positive attitude.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Transports plates, glasses and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables of dishware and napkins after meals, and return them to the kitchen
• Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals
• Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables
• Assist servers with food delivery
• Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked
• May be asked to assist with other cleaning duties within the restaurant as needed
