Responsibilities

• Clean and reset tables quickly per standards.

• Observe tables and track clean/dirty/occupied status.
• May assist as food runner and carry multiple plates safely.
• Communicate guest concerns to servers/managers clearly.
• Refill non-alcoholic drinks and communicate with staff on requests.
• Maintain positive attitude, handle stress, and work at a fast pace.
• Restock utensils, napkins, condiments, and dining room items.
• Provide best-in-class service with a warm, outgoing approach.
• Interact with guests to anticipate needs and create regulars.
