Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Tejon is seeking an Attendant for the Plum Lounge to support servers by cleaning tables, stocking stations, and aiding the kitchen to maintain smooth service flow. The role requires assisting during shifts, interacting with guests, and upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications include a minimum of 6 months related experience, ability to work nights/weekends/holidays, and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

Assist servers and bus person with cleaning and resetting tables.
Perform side work duties and maintain restaurant cleanliness per health standards.
Describe menu items accurately using proper verbiage.
Answer menu questions including specials, beverage and wine menus.
Set up / replenish side station with polished china, glassware and silverware during shift.
Set up / replenish side station with ice, dry goods, paper products, juices, fruit and garnishes.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift.
Understand and comply with health, safety and labor regulations for restaurant operations.
Notify management of maintenance issues.
Complete other duties as requested by management.
