Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains assigned work area, keeps tables clean and presentable.
• Removes and replaces dishware, transports items to the dish area.
• Wipes down tables and front-of-house areas; sweeps and mops as needed.
• Monitors stock of dishware and utensils and replenishes supplies timely.
• Works with servers/hosts to ensure high level of guest service; interacts professionally with guests.
• Runs food from kitchen to guest tables.
• Ensures equipment is operational and reports issues promptly.
• Sets up and maintains cleanliness per food safety standards and sanitation requirements.
• Maintains consistent attendance and professional appearance per company standards.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays; physically onsite as required.
• Adheres to safety standards; supports Prairie Flower Casino's Mission and Values.
