Job Description

Assist servers in the dining room by setting tables with clean napkins, china, and glassware, pouring water, and serving bread and butter as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain supplies in service stations
• Set tables with clean linen, china, glassware, and silverware
• Ensure furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to restaurant standards
• Assist servers during meal periods
• Remove extra settings
• Pour water
• Interact with guests

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of busser experience preferred
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day
• Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler and TABC certification required
