Job Description

Assist servers in the dining room by setting tables with clean napkins, china, and glassware, pouring water for guests, and serving bread and butter as specified.

Responsibilities

1. Stock and maintain supplies in service stations
2. Set tables with clean linen, china, glassware, and silverware
3. Ensure furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to restaurant specifications
4. Assist servers during meal periods
5. Remove extra settings
6. Pour water for guests
7. Interact with guests

Qualifications

1. Minimum two years busser experience preferred
2. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
3. Ability to multi-task
4. Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day
5. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
6. Food Handler and TABC certified
