Kitchen Hand (Dishwasher)/Dining Room Attendant

Event Dates:

• March 28, 2025 - May 14, 2025
• Start times vary. We offer Day time and Evening shifts.
• Wednesday through Sunday - mandatory to work these days.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with dining room supplies inventory control;
• Assist with cleaning the kitchen, dining room, and storage area;
• Participate in the teardown and set up of the kitchen;
• Clean up the coffee area, service line and dining room area;
• Clean up tables, chairs and floor in the dining room and terrace;
• Fill up soft drinks, juices, and yogurt in the pastry refrigerator;
• Clean and fill condiments, i.e. salt, pepper and sugar shakers;
• Assist in other areas as needed and assigned by additional Kitchen Manager and Head-Chef staff;

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Perform tasks quickly and efficiently;
• Exhibit good manners;
• Be honest, punctual, and reliable;
• Maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance;
• Have experience with cappuccino machines (an asset);
• Possess good knowledge of English and the language of the Market;
• Be available to work 5 days a week, including weekends, early mornings, and late nights during the entire city run;

Physical Demands

• This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling for up to 8 hours.
• May also lift up to 50lbs.
