The Employee Dining Room Attendant at Black Desert Resort is responsible for maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming dining environment for resort employees. Reporting to the Employee Dining Room Supervisor, this position ensures that food service runs smoothly, meals are prepared and served efficiently, and all health and safety standards are met.Job Specifications:

Onsite: Black Desert Resort
Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time
Pay Rate: $17 - $18/hr. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.Why Join Us:

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the employee dining room is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Set up food and beverage stations, ensuring all items are presented attractively and replenished as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including clearing tables, wiping down surfaces, and properly disposing of waste.
  • Assist in basic food preparation, such as assembling salads, sandwiches, and other simple dishes.
  • Monitor food quality and ensure all meals meet resort standards.
  • Communicate with the Employee Dining Room Supervisor to coordinate meal service and address supply needs.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies related to food handling and sanitation.
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to employees, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Assist with stocking and restocking dining room supplies, including utensils, plates, and beverages.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying supplies.
  • Willingness to follow instructions and take on new challenges.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on resort operations.
