Job Description:

As a Dining Room Hostess at Chick-fil-A, you will be at the forefront of our guests' dining experience. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest feels valued and well-cared for from the moment they step through our doors. Responsibilities:

• Guest Interaction: Warmly greet all guests and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Assist with seating, answer questions, and ensure guests have everything they need.
• Dining Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and condiment stations. Ensure all areas are spotless and well-stocked at all times.
• Guest Assistance: Be attentive to the needs of our guests, offering assistance promptly and courteously. Handle guest concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Restocking Supplies: Regularly monitor and replenish supplies such as napkins, straws, and condiments to ensure a seamless dining experience.
