Dining Room Assistant (Part-Time)

The Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star is more than just the official hotel of the Dallas Cowboys; it's a vibrant social hub featuring great food, entertainment, and nightlife. The hotel offers 300 guest rooms and suites, along with extensive meeting spaces and amenities, including a restaurant, a chic coffee and wine bar, an elevated pool bar and grill, and direct connection to The Ford Center and the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters.

Job Description

The Busperson role is dedicated to providing exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations, ensuring a memorable experience by adhering to service standards, safety regulations, and assisting guests with their needs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and commitment to service standards, creating guests for life.
• Multitask efficiently to serve multiple guests while maintaining organization.
• Follow all safety precautions to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Ensure all products served are fresh and of high quality.
• Clear and reset tables promptly for new guests.
• Transport food from kitchen to dining area following standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete all closing duties as assigned.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid TABC and Food Handler's Permit.
