Role Responsibilities

• Washes and sanitizes all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares.
• Maintains excellent attendance and is available to work scheduled events.
• Ensures high sanitation standards for all items used.
• Implements food safety and handling policies.
• Removes trash and maintains clean loading and receiving areas.
• Stocks plates, glasses, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
• Cleans and sanitizes food service areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Experience in casual or fine dining is helpful.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills with staff and guests.
• Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required.

Additional Information
