Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Food Service Manager with a strong front-of-house background , ideally from a higher-end fast casual or similar high-volume retail dining environment . Experience in retail marketing and some exposure to catering operations is highly preferred. Looking for an individual who excels in customer-facing leadership, guest engagement, and polished retail service execution.

In this role, the Retail Food Service Manager supports the success of the healthcare retail foodservice operation by ensuring an exceptional guest experience, maintaining compliance with Health Department regulations, and upholding both client and company standards.
