Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee the operation of retail and cafeteria services within Food & Nutrition Services. You will report directly to the Director of Dining Services and manage three retail locations with a total annual volume of about $8.9 million.

The role requires proven leadership, strong knowledge of foodservice operations, and experience with cash handling and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred; or Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• 1–3 years of retail foodservice management experience
• Strong knowledge of foodservice operations, including quality, production, sanitation, cost control, marketing, and presentation
• Experience with P&L accountability and contract-managed services preferred
• Background in cash-handling retail environments
• Retail marketing experience highly desirable
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
• Working knowledge of financial, budgeting, and accounting practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications

Job Summary

Preferred Qualifications
