Fooda in Dallas, TX is seeking a Dining Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a Fooda Dining Hall location onsite. You will manage staff, ensure service standards, and coordinate multi-station operations, with a focus on delivering a superior customer experience.
The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in large food service, a Bachelor's degree, is highly organized, and can work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset. Weekend flexibility is required.
Our story began in 2011 when a group of office workers at a major logistics company in Chicago had a lunch problem. Nearby options were limited, and the team was spending too much time and money traveling to their favorite restaurants. They had an idea: bring Chicago’s local restaurant culture inside the office to sell food. It was an immediate hit. The Dining Manager position is critical to the success of Fooda cafeteria. This person will be responsible for all aspects of the dining program and will be the direct liaison to theFooda Client.
This role will be responsible for the efficient & profitable day-to-day operation of a Fooda Dining Hall Location. This job position requires the regular practice of independent judgment call based on the daily performances of all job tasks at hand. This role is onsite in Dallas, TX Monday- Friday 6am- 3pm.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
The salary range for this role is between $70,000- $80,000 plus a bonus, and is dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to work experience, training, location, and skills.
