Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Finance Manager - Dining to own FP&A and analytical functions for the Dining Division. You will partner with Dining leadership and field teams to capture results, manage budgets, and report variances with accuracy across P&L components.

The role requires multi-unit restaurant experience, TM1/SAP/Power BI proficiency, and 3–8 years in reporting. MBA/CPA is a plus, with a hybrid work model in the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-unit business; restaurant experience preferred.
• Experience with TM1, SAP, Power BI, and AI modeling skills.
• 3-8 years' experience in reporting and/or financial analysis.
• MBA, CPA or similar professional designation preferred.
• Accounting/GAAP knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Creative, self-motivated.
• High standards of accuracy; detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial statements and partner with Accounting during close to ensure accuracy.
• Lead annual budgets and interim reforecasts for the Dining division.
• Serve as financial partner for Regional VP of Operations.
• Analyze weekly/monthly results and address performance gaps with field teams.
• Identify opportunities by comparing actuals to plans and forecasts.
• Improve financial performance by tracking improvement plans and variances.
• Develop monthly financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and generate reports upon management request.
• Monthly KPI reporting and food cost reporting alignment.
• Support Airport RFP efforts and new business pursuits.
