Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living in New York is seeking a Dining Director to lead and manage the dining staff, ensure quality meals, and maintain cost controls in alignment with PSL policies.

The role oversees budgeting for Dining Services, procurement of supplies, and acts as liaison within the community to ensure resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Minimum three years of food service and staff management experience are required; an associate degree or higher in related fields is preferred.

• Associate degree or higher in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Food Service Administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire food service program, ensuring cleanliness, quality, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.

Dining Director:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and talented Dining Service Director to join our team.

Dining Director Responsibilities:

• Supervise, develop, and schedule all dining staff in accordance with Peregrine Senior Living (PSL) policies, procedures, and standards.
