Job summary

Artman Retirement Community in Ambler, PA invites you to join our caring team as a Part-Time Dietary Aide. You will help provide exceptional resident dining experiences by preparing visually appealing plates, serving meals, and assisting with kitchen and dining room cleanups.

The role also involves ordering kitchen stock to keep household kitchens well stocked. The position offers part-time shifts, including mornings and evenings with every-other-weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of dietary experience.
• Eligible for Serv Safe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and prepare visually appealing plates.
• Assist with meal preparation and cleanup of dining room, kitchen, and pantry.
• Order kitchen stock for household kitchen and ensure proper plate sequencing.

We are currently seeking Part-Time Dietary Aides to join our enthusiastic team at Artman! Artman Retirement Community in Ambler, PA, has a reputation as one of the BEST senior health care providers. We take pride in our dedicated team members who support and care for our residents. We are family!

Key job responsibilities include:

• This position is responsible for customer service, preparing visually appealing plates, proper service, and plate sequencing to ensure an elegant dining experience. It also includes meal preparation and cleanup of dining room, kitchen, and pantry.
• Responsible for ordering kitchen stock and food for household kitchen.
• Prepare, cook, and present daily meals or room trays in accordance with meal service standards and resident diets.

Shift Available:

• Part-Time: 6:30am-2:30pm (some evenings) including every other weekend.
• Part-Time: 3:30pm-7:30pm including every other weekend.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of dietary experience.
• Eligible for Serv Safe Certification.
