Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide water service to guests.
• Provide bread service to tables.
• Maintain proper beverage levels at the table.
• Clear tables after guests finish their courses.
• Maintain table upkeep and cleanliness.
• Mark tables for each course when needed.
• Serve food to guests.
• Reset tables between parties.
• Restock service stations as required.
• Assist servers, hosts, and bartenders as needed.
• Keep dining room neat, clean, and organized.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes for cleaning.
