Job Title: Dining/Bar Supervisor

Flik Hospitality Group is hiring immediately for a full-time Dining/Bar Supervisor position located at Leidos, 1750 Presidents Street, Reston, VA 20190. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 4:00 pm. Additional details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: Previous experience as a Starbucks barista, team leadership, and inventory control is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits: Pay rate is $25.00 per hour. Benefits include free meals, uniforms, laundering services at select locations, and various other perks. Internal Employee Referral Bonus is available.

Job Summary

Provides first-level supervision of food, beverage, and meal services while overseeing production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure high-quality, well-presented food and beverages are served timely.
2. Review menu and oversee daily production needs.
3. Monitor staff to ensure proper use of systems, protocols, and quality assurance tools.
4. Assess guest satisfaction levels in service areas.
5. Communicate regularly with staff, both formally and informally.
6. Enforce safety and sanitation standards daily.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
