Job summary

Erickson Senior Living in Overland Park, KS seeks a Dining Associate in the Continuing Care department to deliver excellent resident dining service. You will help run the dining room, support servers and kitchen staff, and ensure residents receive proper nutrition.

The full-time role offers a 6:00 am–2:30 pm shift with weekends/holidays, starting at $16 per hour and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible with schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant by coordinating with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff work efficiently.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up.
• Ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen.
• Assist in training the wait staff.
