Job summary

Erickson Senior Living in Chatsworth, Florida, is seeking a Dining Associate in our Continuing Care dining team to deliver exceptional service to residents. You will help run the dining room and pantry, coordinate with seaters, assist with prep, stocking, serving and post‑meal cleanup.

The role requires 6 months of food service experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays. AHCA background checks may apply in Florida.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment is preferred.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible with schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents upon arrival at the restaurant.
• Coordinate with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff work efficiently.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up.
• Ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen.
• Assist in training the wait staff.

How You Will Make An Impact
