Job summary

Fooda is hiring a Dining Associate in our OC market. The hours are M-F 9:30AM-2:30PM, part-time, in-person at our cafe locations. You’ll support daily service by welcoming customers, handling transactions with a POS, and working with partner restaurants to provide fresh lunches.

You’ll build relationships with customers, maintain a clean cafe, and follow Fooda’s sanitation standards. We offer competitive pay at $25/hr, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, 401(k) with company match, commuter

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Friendly and high-energy approach required.
• Cash handling and providing accurate change.
• Comfort with technology and POS systems.
• Prior food service and cashier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by maintaining a positive cafe environment.
• Provide a high level of customer service beyond standard expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the space and dishes.
• Communicate clearly and be a self-starter.
• Know and maintain Fooda Standards of Service and Sanitation daily.
• Escalate issues to Director when necessary.

Due to expanding growth, Fooda is hiring a Dining Associate in our OC market. The hours for this role are: M-F 9:30AM-2:30PM.

Who You Are:

• You are comfortable with customers and enjoy customer service
• You are friendly, high energy and comfortable interacting with other people
• You are comfortable with handling cash and providing accurate change
• You are comfortable with technology and running a POS system
• Prior food service and cashier experience preferred

What You will be Doing:

• Build relationships with customers by maintaining a positive cafe environment
• Go out of your way to provide a high level of customer service
• Maintain cleanliness of the space and clean dishes
• Strong communication skills and being a self-starter are required
• Know and maintain theFoodaStandards of Service and Sanitation on a daily basis
• Escalate issues to Director when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
