Job summary

Fooda is hiring a Dining Associate in our Salem market to welcome guests, take orders, handle cash, and ensure cleanliness in a fast-paced cafe setting.

You will build relationships with customers, operate the POS system, and uphold Fooda standards; prior food service experience is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role in the United States with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and cash handling preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and POS systems.
• Strong communication skills and self-motivation.

Position Description:

Due to expanding growth, Fooda is hiring aDining Associate in ourSalem market.

Who You Are:

• You are comfortable with customers and enjoy customer service
• You are friendly, high energy and comfortable interacting with other people
• You are comfortable with handling cash and providing accurate change
• You are comfortable with technology and running a POS system
• Prior food service and cashier experience preferred

What You will be Doing:

• Build relationships with customers by maintaining a positive cafe environment

• Escalate issues to Directorwhen necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
